About Me

“Beyond simply questioning existence, there is a fascination with the essence of the world. Often it’s this fascination — appeal, intrigue — that sparks the “hows” and the “whys.” But it’s near impossible for anyone to know every how and why of every fascination, and that is a sad reality for some. But because of this, it’s more important to focus on that first feeling. The initial sense of wonder, what sparked the curiosity, that churned the mind, is something we should cherish. To be utterly engulfed in fascination and appreciation for what simply exists.

Growing up I had a myriad of interests I wanted to pursue, but nothing really stuck with me till I took AP Studio Art in my Junior year of high school. In an environment where I was free to make anything I wanted with almost any medium, I was able to discover a love of creation. From my own hands, being able to mold, bend, and brush material into different forms, to make something I can call my own is an amazing feeling, so much so that I had to pursue it.
